A survey of more than 3,500 global respondents reveals that 85 percent of survey respondents prefer mobile apps over mobile websites, primarily because apps are more convenient, faster, and easier to navigate.
The survey “Mobile Apps: What Consumers Really Need and Want”also revealed slightly more than half of users have experienced a problem with a mobile app.Among those who have experienced a problem:
Users will not tolerate problematic mobile apps, 79 percent will retry a mobile app only once or twice if it failed to work the first time.
